EasySteam

300°C function

The exclusive 300°C function and the use of Pizza Stone, the refractory stone that retains the humidity of the dough and distributes the heat evenly, allow you to cook your pizza perfectly as in a real wood-fired oven.

Leavening 40°C

With the special leavening function at 40° C the dough maintains its characteristics, thus remaining unaltered and allowing optimal leavening thanks to precise thermostating.

Booster – Fast preheating

This special function allows you to preheat the cavity in less time than traditional functions. In fact, thanks to the combined operation of the circular resistance, the fan and the upper resistance, the heat is released at a high intensity, quickly bringing the cavity to the selected temperature.

Telescopic Guides

They are the perfect solution for introducing and removing trays and racks from the oven, thus guaranteeing maximum safety. The guides are easily removable and dishwasher safe.
