Product Warranty & Repairs
All Products sold at ULTIMATE carry an official commercial Warranty giving you Peace Of Mind for the years to come. All products sold by Ultimate carry a standard 2 year warranty, unless otherwise stated in the warranty card or terms given with the product.
Ultimate is the Authorised Reseller for big brands including Sony, LG, Thomson, JVC, JBL, Harman Kardon, Benq, Lenovo, Delonghi, Polti, Princess, Ocean, Airmate.
If you have a warranty claim we invite you to bring your product together with your proof of purchase or fiscal receipt directly to our service centre. All product repairs, both in-warranty and out of warranty (excluding large home appliances) are carried out at our service centre in Birkirkara,. In the case of large home appliances and fixed air-conditioners please call our customer care to book an appointment for an on-site inspection and repair by our technical staff.
