Delivery information
When order is received, we shall contact you by email or by phone to make arrangements for the delivery of your order. Our policy is to deliver the order within two days from the order date.
We deliver to all locations in Malta and Gozo from Monday to Friday between 9:00 to 17:00. When we book your delivery, we shall give you a three-hour window when intend to carry out delivery.
Delivery is free for orders over €50 for deliveries to Malta and orders over €70 for deliveries to Gozo. Any costs relating to special transport or lifting required such as crane or high up will be charged separately, after informing you of the cost of this service.
Disposal and Recycling of Large Appliances
To save you the hassle, when we deliver we can take away and recycle your old appliance, along with any packaging your new one comes in. If you opt for this service, please remember to add Disposal of Old appliance on the Basket page.
Please note: If you’re having a refrigeration unit removed, please defrost it before we arrive.

Installation and Other Services
We don’t just stop at delivering your new product to your home. We are able to offer you a range of services to get your product up and running as soon as possible so you don’t have to worry. Please find below information on our services and their relative charges.
TV Setup and Connection
This service includes unboxing the TV and attaching it to the table-top stand or legs supplied in the box. We shall tune in the TV and, provided you have the right cables, connecting to any new or existing equipment such as games console, set-top box or soundbar. We shall also connect the TV to your existing internet connection, enabling any on-demand and Smart features. We shall also demo the TV’s main features and take the packaging away with us
Service Charge €25
TV Wall mount installation
If you bought the television from us, we can offer you our TV wall mounting service. We’ll attach the bracket to the wall and mount your TV. After that, we shall connect any devices and accessories and – if it’s a smart TV – we’ll even connect it to the Wi-Fi for you. We can only install mounts on wall which are strong enough to hold the bracket. We will not install mounts on gypsum walls unless the mounting space is properly reinforced to carry the weight of the TV which will be installed.
Service charge varies from €50 to €75 according to size of TV and also type of wall. Wall mounting service charge has to be paid separately on installation. For more information and service charge on our TV wall mounting service please call us on 21444545.
Installation of Built-in Ovens or Hob
This service includes disconnecting the existing appliance, un-boxing and checking the new product. We shall connect the new oven or hob and make sure it’s fully operational. We shall take the packaging from your new appliance away.
Note: Before we arrive, you will need to make sure that the appliance will fit into the space and that there is a suitable electrical connection is within 1.5 metres.

Installation of Built-in dishwasher
This service includes disconnecting the existing appliance, removing the plinth and panel door, then un-boxing and checking the new product. We shall connect your new appliance to the electricity, mains water and waste. We shall test there are no leaks and that the appliance is level and fully operational. Re-fit the plinth and panel door to the new appliance. We shall also take the packaging from your new appliance away.
Note: Before we arrive, you will need to make sure access is clear, that the appliance is an identical size to the one it is replacing, that it will fit into the existing space and to the door panels. Plumbing and electric connections must be within 1.5 metres.
